As promised…here is access to our custom HUD-1 Generator!
I want to first apologize to you…my voice gets cut off at the end of the video. I am going to try a “do over” in the morning!
We created this program several months ago and have received some awesome feedback from folks who absolutely LOVE this program.
You fill in the blanks and we do all the math…there is no simpler way to accurately complete a HUD-1!
Please let us know what you think…The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY.

You have to get a professional video made. Your back ground noise is comical. (And a little sad). Your program isn’t great, but if your video was better, you might get more people interested. Just FYI.
John I welcome your comments and appreciate your critique. Unfortunately I am not a professional videographer although that is a skill I want to work on. I am in the process of trying several other video services to see if I cannot get a better picture. As far as the sound, I really did not hear a problem but that is just me.
If you would not mind responding…what about that actual program “isn’t great”? We are providing these tools for you with the goal of making improvements so specificity would really help.

Hi Ross.
The website looks fine and the forms generator is a great concept, but there are many misspelled words and grammatical errors. If you want to be more professional about your website, you’ll need to fix those errors. I would be happy to proofread your text to help you out.
BTW. I attended Graham’s course in Washington, D.C. this weekend and it was excellent. I am all revved up to make deals.

It’s pretty cool. I like the color scheme and layout..As a newbee, here are some of my suggestions for improvements:
1) Loan Type: Bettter descriptions of what they are when you might use them…
2) “Suite” has an * as required field - should not
3) “Go back” button does not redisplay what was previously entered…so you can just modify instead of typing all over again
4) Closing Fees: allow option for the Seller and Buyer to split
5) Provide some tips on which part usually pays (maybe it is state dependent)
6) Better and more practical description on some of the “?” boxes…not “Carrier Fee - This is the title companies carrier fee”. (Give more info about why they charge it…)
7) Provide an example of a HUD-1 already filled out
Overall, it is really good!

Great job on the form. Easy to fill out, and would be excellent for negotiating a sale. Since this is really an “Estimated HUD-1″ vs. a “FINAL Statement” is there a place or a way to add that title to the top of the page? As most users are NOT licensed LPOs, there is a lot of room for errors and users may not want to assume all the liablity for providing anything other than an “estimated” statement as the closing escrow company would do the final statement for tax records, etc.

I didn’t have any problem at all with the audio, it was very crisp and clear.
The video wasn’t great but I’m not looking to watch an HD broadcast.
Jim has hit some great points in the 7 items he’s listed. I’m sure you’re also reviewing them.
I also would like to see this as an ESTIMATED HUD 1 either on the top or wherever it’s usual & customary to have it stated on the preliminary document.
Other than that, fantastic!

Very handy and can be a helpful tool.
I noticed that clicking on the “?” boxes only takes one to the next page and then going back to the previous page, one has to enter the information again as it erases everything. Personal preference is I dont like the date to show August 25th, 2008 - prefer no “th” after “25″.
Having the ability to upload personal docments is a plus but would hate to have the same issues.
Overall ok. For what you are trying to achieve, selling 1000 memberships and getting a $30k/monthly gain, i think the product could be better. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.
